Meet Dr. Sarah Chicosky
Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Sarah Chicosky grew up in Huntington, New York. She graduated from Cornell University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development. Dr. Sarah graduated from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She obtained her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Cohen Children’s Medical Center, Long Island Jewish Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident.
During her time in dental school, Dr. Sarah traveled to Madagascar several times for outreach missions. These missions solidified her interest in pediatric dentistry, as she was able to treat countless children living in impoverished conditions who would otherwise have no access to routine dental care. Dr. Sarah is devoted to continuing her outreach activities, both locally and internationally.
Dr. Sarah was awarded the P. Lewis Memorial Scholarship for Outstanding Achievement in Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association Award for International Volunteer Service, and the Stephen Gold Award for Leadership in Dentistry. Dr. Sarah is also a certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Sarah is so excited to be able to serve the community where she grew up. She will treat your children as if they were her own.
